Ingredients
✔ 6 slices bacon (cut into small pieces)
✔ 2 medium chicken breasts (bite-sized)
✔ 1 large garlic clove (minced)
✔ ½ cup chicken broth
✔ 1 cup heavy cream
✔ ¼ tsp Italian seasoning
✔ 1 lb uncooked potato gnocchi
✔ ½ cup freshly grated parmesan
✔ Salt & pepper (to taste)
Instructions
1️⃣ In a deep skillet over medium-high heat, fry bacon until crispy (~10 minutes). Remove and leave 1 tbsp bacon fat in the pan.
2️⃣ Add chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring until it turns white. Stir in garlic.
3️⃣ Reduce heat to medium, then add broth, cream, Italian seasoning, gnocchi, and bacon. Stir well and cover for 4 minutes.
4️⃣ Uncover and cook a few more minutes, stirring, until the sauce thickens.
5️⃣ Stir in parmesan cheese, season with salt & pepper, and serve immediately!
