Ingredients
✔️ 1 lb green beans, trimmed & washed
✔️ 1 tbsp olive oil
✔️ 1 tsp onion powder
✔️ 1 tbsp minced garlic
✔️ 1 tsp salt
✔️ ½ tsp pepper
✔️ ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
✔️ 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
✔️ Additional salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Season: In a large bowl, whisk olive oil, onion powder, garlic, salt, pepper, and Parmesan. Toss in green beans to coat.
3️⃣ Bake: Spread green beans in a single layer and bake for 20 minutes.
4️⃣ Make it cheesy: Remove from oven, sprinkle mozzarella over the green beans.
5️⃣ Broil: Set oven to broil and broil for 4-5 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly. Watch closely!
6️⃣ Season to taste and serve hot!
Notes
1️⃣ Preheat air fryer to 400°F and grease the basket.
2️⃣ Season green beans as usual and air fry for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
3️⃣ Sprinkle with mozzarella and air fry for 5 more minutes until cheesy & golden.
