Ingredients
Cheesecake Mixture:
✅ 8 oz cream cheese, softened
✅ ¼ cup sugar
✅ 1 egg
✅ 1 cup white chocolate chips
Brownie Mixture:
✅ ¼ cup unsalted butter, cold & cubed
✅ 1 cup milk chocolate chips
✅ ½ cup sugar
✅ 2 eggs
✅ ⅔ cup all-purpose flour
✅ ½ tsp baking powder
✅ ¼ tsp salt
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×9 baking pan with parchment paper or grease it.
2️⃣ Cheesecake Layer: Beat cream cheese, sugar, and egg until smooth. Stir in white chocolate chips. Set aside.
3️⃣ Brownie Mixture: In a heatproof bowl over simmering water, melt butter and milk chocolate chips. Stir until smooth. Remove from heat.
4️⃣ Mix in sugar and eggs, then stir in flour, baking powder, and salt until combined.
5️⃣ Assemble: Pour half of the brownie batter into the pan. Spread cheesecake mixture over it, then top with remaining brownie batter.
6️⃣ Swirl the top layer with a knife to create a marbled effect.
7️⃣ Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the top is crinkled and the center is set.
