✅ 8 slices medium cheddar cheese
✅ 6 oz shredded cheddar cheese
✅ 24 dinner rolls (or Hawaiian rolls)
✅ 2 tbsp melted butter
✅ 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat the Oven: Set to 350°F (175°C) and butter a baking sheet.
2️⃣ Cook the Beef:
- Heat a large skillet with olive oil.
- Add diced onions and ground beef, seasoning with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Cook until browned, then drain excess fat.
- Stir in mayonnaise for extra creaminess.
3️⃣ Assemble the Sliders:
- Slice the rolls in half and place the bottom halves on the baking sheet.
- Layer cheddar slices, then spread the cooked beef mixture evenly.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheddar, then place the top halves of the rolls.
4️⃣ Bake & Serve:
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle sesame seeds.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
