Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
12 oz pasta (rotini or shells work best)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup diced pickles
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup diced red onion (optional)
For the dressing:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp pickle juice
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook pasta, rinse with cold water, and set aside.
Brown ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and let cool.
In a large bowl, combine pasta, beef, cheddar, pickles, tomatoes, and red onion.
Whisk together dressing ingredients and toss with salad.
Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
