Ingredients
🔹 1 lb ground beef
🔹 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
🔹 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
🔹 ½ cup pickled red onions (or raw red onions)
🔹 ½ cup sliced pickles
🔹 2 tbsp relish
🔹 ¼ cup pickled jalapeño slices
🔹 ½ cup crumbled cooked bacon
🔹 4 cups shredded lettuce
🔹 ½ cup burger sauce (recipe below)
Burger Sauce
🔸 ½ cup mayonnaise
🔸 2 tbsp ketchup
🔸 1 tbsp yellow mustard
🔸 1 tbsp pickle relish
🔸 2 tsp smoked paprika
🔸 Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
🔥 1. Make the Sauce – Mix all sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
🔥 2. Cook the Beef – Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, seasoning with salt & pepper. Drain excess fat.
🔥 3. Assemble the Bowls – Start with a base of shredded lettuce, add the beef, and top with tomatoes, onions, cheese, bacon, pickles, and jalapeños.
