Ingredients
For the Patties:

1 ½ lbs ground chicken

¾ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 packet ranch seasoning mix (1 oz)

¼ cup breadcrumbs

1 large egg

1 tsp garlic powder (optional)

To Assemble:

4–6 burger buns

Lettuce leaves

Tomato slices

Red onion slices

Extra cheddar cheese slices

Ranch dressing (for topping/spread)
Instructions

Mix the Patties
In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, cheddar cheese, ranch seasoning, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, and pepper. Mix just until combined. -
Shape the Patties
Divide and shape mixture into 4–6 patties. Press a small dent in the center of each to help cook evenly. -
Cook the Patties
Pan Method: Heat oil in a skillet over medium. Cook patties 5–6 minutes per side, until golden and internal temp is 165°F.
Grill Method: Grill over medium heat 5–6 minutes per side, with the lid closed. -
Toast the Buns (Optional)
Toast buns in a skillet or on the grill with a little butter for extra flavor. -
Assemble Burgers
Spread ranch on buns. Layer lettuce, tomato, patty, cheese slice, onions, and bun top. Serve warm and enjoy!
