For the Patties:

  • 1 ½ lbs ground chicken

  • ¾ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (1 oz)

  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 large egg

  • 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

To Assemble:

  • 46 burger buns

  • Lettuce leaves

  • Tomato slices

  • Red onion slices

  • Extra cheddar cheese slices

  • Ranch dressing (for topping/spread)


Instructions

  1. Mix the Patties
    In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, cheddar cheese, ranch seasoning, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, and pepper. Mix just until combined.

  2. Shape the Patties
    Divide and shape mixture into 4–6 patties. Press a small dent in the center of each to help cook evenly.

  3. Cook the Patties
    Pan Method: Heat oil in a skillet over medium. Cook patties 5–6 minutes per side, until golden and internal temp is 165°F.
    Grill Method: Grill over medium heat 5–6 minutes per side, with the lid closed.

  4. Toast the Buns (Optional)
    Toast buns in a skillet or on the grill with a little butter for extra flavor.

  5. Assemble Burgers
    Spread ranch on buns. Layer lettuce, tomato, patty, cheese slice, onions, and bun top. Serve warm and enjoy!
