1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes
1 (8 oz) container mozzarella balls (bocconcini or ciliegine)
1 bunch fresh basil leaves
Balsamic glaze or reduction
Salt and pepper to taste
Toothpicks or small skewers
Instructions
Assemble Skewers: Thread one tomato, one basil leaf (folded if large), and one mozzarella ball onto each toothpick or skewer.
Plate: Arrange on a serving platter in a single layer.
Drizzle: Just before serving, drizzle lightly with balsamic glaze and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Serve Chilled or Room Temp: Perfect as a quick appetizer or side!
