2 ripe avocados, halved and pitted
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
½ cup mozzarella pearls
¼ cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
Balsamic glaze, to drizzle
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Scoop a small bit from each avocado half to create more room for filling.
In a bowl, mix tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil. Add salt and pepper.
Spoon the mixture into the avocado halves.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze just before serving.
