4 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
A handful of fresh basil leaves
A drizzle of balsamic glaze
Instructions
In a bowl, mash the avocados with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Spread the avocado mash onto each piece of toast.
Top with mozzarella slices, cherry tomatoes, and basil.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze for that sweet tangy finish.
