🍷 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
🌿 2 tbsp fresh basil, thinly sliced
🫙 Balsamic glaze (optional, for drizzling)

Instructions
🔸 Combine diced tomatoes, salt, and garlic in a bowl. Let sit while the chicken cooks.
🔸 Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness (about 1″).
🔸 Mix Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
🔸 Brush both sides of the chicken with olive oil, then coat with seasoning blend.
