Ingredients
Scale
1 cup frozen strawberries
¼ cup low-fat cottage cheese
¼ cup non-fat Greek yogurt
¾ cup almond milk
1 scoop French Vanilla Whey+ protein
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp honey
3–4 ice cubes
Optional: ½ crushed graham cracker for that “crust” feeling
Instructions
1️⃣ Add all ingredients to a blender.
2️⃣ Blend until smooth and creamy.
3️⃣ Top with graham cracker crumbs (if using), pour into a glass, and enjoy!
