1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
2 tbsp honey or sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup fresh fruit (berries or sliced peaches work great)
1 egg (for egg wash)
Optional: powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cut puff pastry into rectangles and place on a baking sheet.
Mix cream cheese, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
Spread cream cheese mix in the center of each pastry.
Top with fruit. Brush edges with egg wash.
Bake for 15–18 minutes, until golden and puffed.
Cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar if desired.
