  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

For the Frosting:

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

1️⃣ Activate Yeast: Dissolve yeast in warm milk with 1 tsp sugar. Let sit 10 minutes until frothy.
2️⃣ Make Dough: Mix yeast mixture with sugar, butter, salt, eggs, and flour to form a soft dough. Knead until smooth.
3️⃣ First Rise: Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm spot for 1 hour.
4️⃣ Prep Filling: Mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll dough into a rectangle, brush with melted butter, sprinkle filling, and scatter blueberries.
5️⃣ Shape Rolls: Roll up tightly, pinch edges, and cut into 12 pieces. Arrange in a greased dish.
6️⃣ Second Rise: Cover and let rise another 30 minutes.
7️⃣ Bake: Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake rolls for 25 minutes or until golden.
8️⃣ Frosting: Beat cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over warm rolls.
