biscuits and gravy breakfast casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 package refrigerated biscuits (8 count, e.g., Pillsbury)

  • 1 lb mild sausage

  • 6 eggs

  • ½ cup milk

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 packet peppered gravy mix (2.3 oz)

  • Salt & pepper to taste


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13″ baking dish.

  • Cook sausage in a skillet until browned. Drain excess grease.

  • Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces and spread them across the bottom of the dish.

  • Layer sausage over biscuit pieces, then sprinkle with shredded cheese.

  • Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper. Pour evenly over the casserole.

  • Prepare gravy mix per package instructions and pour over the top.

  • Bake for 35–40 mins until golden and fully set. Serve warm and enjoy!
