1 package refrigerated biscuits (8 count, e.g., Pillsbury)

1 lb mild sausage

6 eggs

½ cup milk

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 packet peppered gravy mix (2.3 oz)

Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13″ baking dish.

Cook sausage in a skillet until browned. Drain excess grease.

Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces and spread them across the bottom of the dish.

Layer sausage over biscuit pieces, then sprinkle with shredded cheese.

Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper. Pour evenly over the casserole.

Prepare gravy mix per package instructions and pour over the top.

Bake for 35–40 mins until golden and fully set. Serve warm and enjoy!
