Ingredients

✔️ 1 package Pillsbury biscuits (8 count)
✔️ 6 eggs
✔️ 1 package peppered gravy mix (2.3 oz)
✔️ 1 lb sausage (mild or spicy!)
✔️ 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
✔️ ½ cup milk
✔️ Salt & pepper to taste


Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
2️⃣ In a skillet, cook sausage until no longer pink, then drain.
3️⃣ Cut biscuits into quarters and layer them in the baking dish.
4️⃣ Spread cooked sausage over the biscuits, then sprinkle with cheese.
5️⃣ In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper, then pour over the cheese.
6️⃣ Prepare gravy mix according to package instructions and pour over the casserole.
7️⃣ Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until biscuits are golden and eggs are set.
