Ingredients
• 2–5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
• ¾ cup low-sodium soy sauce
• ¾ cup ketchup
• 1 cup packed brown sugar
• ⅓ cup chicken broth
• 2½ tsp grated fresh ginger
• 2 tsp minced garlic
Instructions
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, ketchup, sugar, broth, ginger, and garlic.
Set aside 1 cup of marinade and refrigerate.
Add chicken to the bowl, cover, and marinate in the fridge for 6 hours or overnight.
Grill chicken for 3–4 minutes per side, brushing with the reserved marinade.
Serve hot with rice and fresh avocado slices.
