Ingredients
• 1 lb red or green grapes (about 3 cups)
• 2 cups chopped fresh pineapple
• 1 lb fresh strawberries, sliced (about 2 cups)
• 6 oz fresh blueberries (about 1 cup)
• 6 oz fresh blackberries (about 1½ cups)
• 3 kiwi, peeled and sliced
🍯 For the Dressing: • Zest of 1 lime
• 1½ tbsp lime juice
• 2 tbsp honey
Instructions
Wash and dry all fruits well. Chop pineapple, slice strawberries, peel and slice kiwi.
Combine all the fruit in a large serving bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together lime zest, lime juice, and honey.
Pour the dressing over the fruit and gently toss to combine. Serve fresh!
