✔️ 1 ¼ cups (249g) granulated sugar
✔️ 2 large eggs + 1 egg yolk, cold
✔️ 1 tsp vanilla extract
✔️ ⅓ cup vegetable oil
✔️ ¾ cup (75g) cocoa powder
✔️ ½ cup (63g) all-purpose flour
✔️ 1 tbsp cornstarch
✔️ ¼ tsp salt
✔️ ¾ cup (128g) semisweet chocolate chips


Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 325°F. Line an 8×8-inch metal pan with foil or parchment paper and grease it.
2️⃣ Melt butter & sugar: Microwave together for 1 minute until the butter is melted.
3️⃣ Mix wet ingredients: Whisk in eggs, egg yolk, and vanilla. Stir in oil and cocoa powder.
4️⃣ Add dry ingredients: Fold in flour, cornstarch, and salt. Stir in chocolate chips.
5️⃣ Bake: Pour batter into the pan and bake for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
