- ¾ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup golden brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 ripe bananas, mashed

- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt

- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
Instructions
1️⃣ Mix the Wet Ingredients:
- In a large bowl, beat sugars & melted butter with an electric mixer for 1 minute.
- Add eggs & vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
2️⃣ Mash & Add Bananas:
- Mash 4 ripe bananas in a separate bowl and mix into the batter.
3️⃣ Sift & Mix Dry Ingredients:
- Sift in flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until just combined.
4️⃣ Fold in Chocolate & Nuts:
- Gently fold in walnuts & chocolate chips with a spatula.
5️⃣ Fill & Bake:
- Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners and fill each to the top.
