Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan with non-stick spray.
2️⃣ In a large bowl, cream together sugar and softened butter. Add Greek yogurt (or sour cream) and eggs, mixing well. Stir in mashed bananas and vanilla.
