Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb ground sausage

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 24 wonton wrappers

  • 1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter (for brushing)


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.

  • In a bowl, mix sausage, cheddar, green onions, Parmesan, and pepper.

  • Lay out a wonton wrapper and place 1 tsp of filling in the center.

  • Moisten edges with water, fold into a triangle, and seal.

  • Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  • Brush tops with olive oil or melted butter.

  • Bake for 10–12 minutes, until golden and crispy.

  • Cool slightly before serving.
