Ingredients

2 lbs ground beef

1 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

2 tsp garlic powder

1 tbsp butter (for onions)

½ yellow onion, diced

12 slices American cheese

12 slider rolls or Hawaiian rolls

2 tbsp melted butter (for brushing)

1 tbsp sesame seeds or everything bagel seasoning
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13″ baking dish.

Mix ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder. Press evenly into dish and bake for 20 mins. Drain and set aside.

Sauté onions in butter until soft and golden.

Slice slider rolls and place bottom halves in dish. Layer with 6 cheese slices, beef, onions, then 6 more cheese slices. Top with the other half of rolls.

Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle sesame or seasoning.

Bake for 20–25 mins until golden and melty. Slice and serve!
