1.5 lbs chicken tenders
12 strips of bacon (cut in half if needed)
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar (optional for extra caramelization)
Toothpicks for securing
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Wrap each tender in a strip of bacon and secure with toothpicks.
Preheat grill to medium heat (about 375°F/190°C).
Grill tenders for 20–25 minutes, turning occasionally until bacon is crisp and chicken is cooked through.
Brush with BBQ sauce during the last 5–10 minutes, adding a sprinkle of brown sugar if you like it sticky-sweet.
Serve hot, with ranch or extra BBQ sauce for dipping!
