2 ripe avocados
½ cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt for a lighter touch)
1 tbsp lime juice
1 small garlic clove, minced
¼ tsp onion powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional: chopped cilantro, diced jalapeño for heat
Instructions
Scoop avocados into a bowl and mash until smooth.
Stir in sour cream, lime juice, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Blend until creamy (use a food processor for ultra-smooth texture).
Garnish with cilantro or a drizzle of olive oil. Serve chilled with chips, veggies, or tacos!
