Ingredients
✅ 2 cups sugar
✅ 3 cups all-purpose flour
✅ 1 tsp baking soda
✅ 2 tsp baking powder
✅ 1 tsp salt
✅ 1 Tbsp cinnamon
✅ 3 eggs
✅ 1¼ cups oil
✅ 1 tsp vanilla extract
✅ 3 cups chopped apples (Granny Smith, Honeycrisp, or your favorite!)
✅ 1 cup chopped pecans (or walnuts)
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
2️⃣ In a bowl, whisk together sugar, flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
3️⃣ In another bowl, mix eggs, oil, and vanilla until well combined.
4️⃣ Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well.
5️⃣ Fold in the chopped apples and pecans.
6️⃣ Pour batter into the prepared Bundt pan and bake for 70-80 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
7️⃣ Let cool for 10 minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
