1 cup pecan halves

1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust

3/4 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup whole milk

3 large eggs, beaten

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Spread pecans in the bottom of the pie crust.

In a bowl, whisk sugars and flour together.

Stir in cream and milk slowly.

Add eggs, vanilla, and salt. Mix until smooth.

Pour filling over pecans and drizzle melted butter on top.

Bake for 50–60 minutes until set and golden on top.

Cool to room temperature before slicing and serving.
