Ingredients
2 salmon fillets (5–8 oz each)
2 tbsp honey
1½ tbsp low sodium soy sauce
¼ tsp garlic powder or 1 tsp fresh garlic, minced
Optional Garnishes
Black or white sesame seeds
Sliced green onions
Instructions
Marinate the Salmon
In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and garlic.
Brush or spoon mixture over the salmon fillets. Let marinate for 10–15 minutes (optional but recommended).
Preheat the Air Fryer
Preheat to 400°F (200°C) for about 3 minutes.
Air Fry the Salmon
Place salmon skin-side down in the basket.
Air fry at 400°F for 7–9 minutes, depending on thickness, until cooked through and slightly caramelized.
