Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- ½ tsp salt (optional)
- 1 egg (lightly beaten, optional)
- Sesame seeds, everything bagel seasoning, or coarse salt (optional)
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with olive oil.
2️⃣ In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, yogurt, and salt until a crumbly dough forms. Knead lightly to combine.
3️⃣ Divide dough into 4 pieces, roll into logs, and shape into bagels. Place on the baking sheet.
4️⃣ Brush with egg (if using) and sprinkle with toppings.
5️⃣ Bake for 24-26 minutes until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack & enjoy!
